Installing TabletopForge

This guide walks you through uploading the TabletopForge theme to your Shopify store and making it live.


Requirements

Before starting, confirm the following:

Step 1 — Upload the Theme File

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin dashboard at yourstore.myshopify.com/admin.
  2. Navigate to Online StoreThemes.
  3. Scroll down to the Theme library section.
  4. Click Add themeUpload zip file.
  5. Select the theme archive Tabletop Forge-1.0.0.zip from your computer and click Upload file.

Shopify will process and unpack the theme. You will see TabletopForge appear in your Theme library once the upload is complete.


Step 2 — Preview or Publish

Once TabletopForge appears in your theme library, you have several options:

:::tip Recommended workflow Click Customize first to configure your logo, color scheme, and navigation before publishing to customers. :::


Step 3 — Initial Configuration

After publishing, follow the quick-start checklist to complete your store setup:

  1. Add your logo and branding — Upload your shop logo and favicon in Theme Settings.
  2. Choose a color preset — Select Dark Fantasy, Midnight Blue, or Crimson Forge.
  3. Set up navigation — Link your main menu to the header section.
  4. Configure custom sections — Add Hero Carousel, Bento Grid, and product grids to your homepage.
  5. Set up 3D & STL products — Enable the 3D orbit viewer and dual checkout path for digital assets.
