Theme Policies

Please review the standard developer licensing agreements and support channel service level agreements (SLAs) for the TabletopForge theme.


1. Merchant & Developer License

Each purchase of the TabletopForge theme grants a single-store merchant license:

  • Single-Store Authorization: You are authorized to install and operate TabletopForge on a single active Shopify domain name. Multiple storefront installations require additional license acquisitions.
  • Customization Permissions: Modifying the source code (Liquid, Javascript, CSS/Tailwind) is fully supported and encouraged to suit your brand requirements.
  • Redistribution Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from compiling, repackaging, or redistributing the theme files (or any modified variations of them) for sale or distribution on public marketplaces.

2. Technical Support Channels

We maintain active channels to resolve configuration errors and layout anomalies.

Support Scope

  • What We Support: Core theme bugs, CSS layout issues out-of-the-box, configuration of built-in sections (Bento Grid, Before/After Slider, 3D Orbit Viewer), and documentation discrepancies.
  • What We Do Not Support: Third-party app conflicts, custom database structures, custom React/JS widgets not shipped with the theme, or custom server setups.

Opening a Priority Ticket

  • To report issues, submit a ticket through the Command Relay (Support Portal).
  • SLA and Response Times:
    • Average response time: Within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
    • Active Techs Live Queue: Average wait time of ~14 minutes for live chat triage.
